SPUR GOODWOOD BAD SERVICE

Went to Goodwood Spur at 17:20 yesterday to break our fast, ordered starters and received it at about 17:55. in the meantime we ordered our main meals as well. After 45 minutes nothing arrived, asked the waiter why our food was taking so long, he then said that it was on its way... another 35 minutes later the food still did not arrive. After waiting for almost 2 hours the food came. firstly the food was COLD and the steak was raw after asking it to be well done. We then decided to stand up and pay for the starters and drinks which was offered to us for free due to their bad service but hence we felt that we did not come for free food but came for good service instead, so we paid. Therefore Goodwood Spur will never see my face again and i advise all those who want to go there to think twice.
