Spur Golden Bay horrible service

Good day,

I was at Spur yesterday, our waiter was quite slow but we didn't say anything and thought to be just patient with him. What made it is worse is that he collected our empty plates , didn't come back to collect the other things he had left at the table until a while (someone collected before him - manager), he only came back after a while to ask if we are still alright. I didn't understand why because we didn't have any food or anything in front of us and I had asked for the bill. I again told him, we will have the bill please after sitting for a long time .

He then didn't come back for a while again, I reached out to another waiter that was near the paying desk and asked him if I could pau and then I did. Walked out with my son, this guy chased us and asked us to come and pay. I told him that we had already paid and he said, the waiters said I didn't pay. I felt like he was going to literally drag me if I refused. It was such a horrible experience!!

As if I'm a **** or *****. My son was so traumatised.
