Spur flame grilled charcoal

Hey if you like flame grilled charcoal, make your way to Spur at emperors palace. They will serve you some burnt food where you have to sc**** the burnt pieces off to get to the meat. I'm not one to make a scene about things I just will never make the mistake of buying food from the same place that cares so little about their customers. Even the lady that came to ask how the food was could see that it was burnt and we couldn't eat it. Yes we didn't pay for the meal but that is bad as Spur ribs I really enjoy. But life goes on
