Spur Family Cards Used To Rob Clients

Good day A R50 voucher was ****** from me at Wakita Spur in Kolonnade today. I presented my card to get points, but never authorized using a voucher. I was told the bill was R134 and paid R145, but then got an sms afterwards that the R50 voucher had been used. This means that the actual bill was R84, and the waiter has taken a R61 tip without my knowledge. To hide this, the waiter never gave me the final bill, just the credit card slip showing R145. The transaction was by credit card at 9:58 on 18/5/2018, reference TSN8313 UTIA618B****-9A17-496 4-A59D-89AF6E5480D7 This is disgraceful, I will never eat at Spur again. All my friends will know that a Spur Family Card is now another method of *****ing from us. This is not family-friendly.
