Spur Eastgate service is terrible!

I went to have a meal at the Eastgate Spur a few days before Christmas with my girlfriend and it was the worst service nightmare of my life. The manager sent us to our seats and said 'Just wait here" we waited 15 minutes with no waiter to help us at all. I got up and told the manager and he just said "Someone will assist you" then walked away. I had to get my own waitress to help me order. They brought our food late and then brought our drinks even later. It was service hell. I will never recommend Spur Eastgate to even the hungriest of people!
