Spur Eastgate mall

Eastgate mall spur ribs beggar patties and ribs are tasteless. No flame grill nor oven grill. I raised my complain with management, we spent R740 on nonsense tasteless food. Management said that they have changed their grilling methods. No discount nor anything that shows that they are sorry. The meat tasted like cooked in boiled water. I'm very disappointed.
