Spur doesnt respond to booking enqueries

On the 24/12/2018, I sent an email to spur Rumsig as well as Clearwater to enquire if there is bookings available for lunch for the 25/12/2018. I received a read notification from the rumsig spur but up to TODAY NO RESPONSE!!!! and Clearwater just ignored my email. I am very disappointed as this was for Christmas lunch and the least Spur could have done is respond whether they is space available or not!!!!! totally not acceptable
