Spur does it again!

Ordered for pick up, did not include the chips and onion rings that's meant to be included in every meal. Call to advise that I've reached my office and the whole order is not there, Des that I spoke to then says she will give me the chips and onion rings and an ice cream for the inconvenience next time, I then proceed what I'm meant to do with an ice cream which will then be melted when I get home, I ask for a junior burger instead, I'm refused this.

I request to be contacted by a manager, almost two hours have passed and I'm still waiting.

They expect the customer to drive back and forth for their mistake after admitting that they've rechecked the order prior to collection, yet the order was still wrong.

And that tip of the iceberg, whilst waiting on the line to be passed to Des, all one hears in the background are comments about customers, using profanity, can only imagine what a dissatisfied customer is called!

This was the second order we've made from this establishment this week, we often take our employees here as a treat and get together here if/when we have the odd small occasion, but with this experience, will certainly not be inclined to visit any time soon.
