Spur disservice

I am extremely disappointed with the service my family and I received. I visited Spur in Waterstone Village in Somerset West on May 30. It was my daughter’s 2nd birthday and we were hoping that they would sing and bring the birthday desert as they normally do for a birthday. The waitress took our voucher details and I explained that I want to use all of them including the birthday voucher for my baby girl. She said okay and let. We finished the meal and paid the bill, waited a few minutes to see if they would come sing for my daughter who had a birthday as initially indicated, but instead, nothing! The waitress asked her colleague to clean our table as soon as we left. My family left feeling extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Not what I expected at all. My daughter was heartbroken broken! Shame on you!
