Spur disgusting ribs= food poisoning.

We ordered Uber Eats from Spur. The order was completely wrong and we never received our side vegetables. The pork ribs if you can call them that were mainly none and cartlidge and had no basting on them. We (my Hubby and I) ate two bites and chucked them in the bin as something didn't taste right. Needless to say the next morning early we were up extremely sick with cramping, vomiting, headaches etc. We called the Spur we received the food from immidiately on receiving the incorrect order and horrible ribs and advised them immidiately of the incorrect order to which we revieced a huge apology from the manager she was very helpful. She said that we could have our meal replaced to which I said we were too put off at the time. I called head office and notified them too. Then when my hubby and I were sick I notified the same manager who got the operator to call me. She down played the whole incident almost insinuating that it could be a bug. We however upon feeling better went into the spur and had a meal which was slightly better and the service from the manager and waiter was amazing. We were supposed to get points loaded to our card as per the conversation with the manager and she stated for the full amount of our meal. 1000 odd points were added not even close to a R50 voucher so no where near to the meal cost.

They did replace the meal but as stated by the Manger for the inconvenience they will load our points to the total value of the food.

I thought at least they were trying to do right but what must I do with a 1000 points when only every 5000 is R50 voucher. Dissapointed at the lies.

We won't go back.

Spur you have just lost a family of 6 from frequently visiting your stores and our extended family agrees they won't go back either.

Sick of bad service delivery
