Spur declining services standards

Waited outside Spur for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to come offer us a seat. Eventually had to approach a waitress asking if there was space. We were not the only people just standing outside not being served. Lady took us to table, said she would be back in 2min to take orders. 15min later we had to call a new waiter as we were not being served as the waitress never returned. Seems like when business is booming and clients come after payday no service needed from Spur. Figures are not decreasing to due ******s events but rather the continous substantial drop in quality of service experienced. Only the old faithful and new clients will remain, but those too will dwindle. Imagine waiting to be seated and to place and order was a process of over 20 minutes, and that was pushed by myself as the client
