Spur Cresta what a **** branch

<p>Ok here goes ... On Saturday afternoon me and my family went to the movies afterwards, very hungry, decided to go to Spur (what a damn mistake). We got seated by our waiter Nigel. I asked if there were any specials and boy did he rattle them off so fast I had to tell him 3 times to slow down. Eventually we ordered a combo special for 4. He told us to choose either calamari or wings and it comes with a garlic roll. We waited and when it eventually came - lo and behold no garlic rolls - when we asked he said no he forgot to tell us no garlic rolls. We were ****ed off. Anyway our mains were MEDIUM RARE STEAKS 300g and crumbed chickens with chips for 2 and 3 greek salads that was part of this combo. We waited and when it came our steaks were cut in half - they were tiny and could not be 300g. When we cut into them blood leaked all over our plates. Nigel came and told me that they had to prepare the steaks like that cos it was ordered medium rare, I told him **** I had never had my steaks prepared like this at any other restuarant and it looks so unappetising. He called his Manager Farai - who was worse than Nigel. He told me that when I want to order steaks I SHOULD ORDER MEDIUM WELL DONE???? The nerve of this damn manager, to tell me what and how to order, he and Nigel justifies there mistakes and has the nerve to feed me and my family **** food. We were so damn hungry we asked to pack our food and ordered desert - again pathetic - the cheescakes, choc pudding and waffle was terrible. I was fuming and the worst part of it was when we wanted to leave this damn horrible branch we were told OH OUR MACHINES ARE NOT WORKING COS ITS MONTH END - GO TO THE ATM. You can imagine our frustration. Paying a heavy bill for food we COULD NOT EAT and them oblivious to their bad DAMN SERVICE I stormed out vowing never to return. SPUR CRESTA SHOULD GET STAFF THAT IS COMPETENT AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE.</p>
