Spur Clearwater dead ****roache in drink

Found a dead ****roach in my mangoe juice and manager of the shift Brian didn't even care. The senior manager of Spur Clearwater promised to settle the matter then call to give me feedback. Days have gone by and have not received that call or feedback. I guess they swept it under the carpet because i didn't cause a scene out of respect for the brand.
