Spur chips the worse

We go to the spur as a family and the standard of the food is just not good. The chips is of such bad quality lately it taste like cardboard you have no choice of drowning them in the sauces and that is if you are lucky to get them hot, if they get cold you might as well just leave them.<br> <br> When we brought this to the managers attention he said we have been the only customers to complain about the chips but then also added that head office switched suppliers and that they are now using (will not name the brand) but I can buy them at my supper market at the frozen food section and they have to use these suppliers because they are a franchise, at lease they are consistent on providing the same bad standard, I don't even use that brand at home because it tastes processed so now we can go to the spur and pay to get them. <br> <br> The buns is also old when ordering a burger, don't op for the salad or veg instead of the cardboard chips they are even worse.<br> <br> It is expensive to go out to eat so if this is the standard we will rather go and spend our money somewhere else in future, lots of restaurants are now kiddy friendly not only spur and the food is of a better standard,
