Spur Chinook Plattekloof is *********** with vegetarian orders

This evening I placed an order with Mr Delivery for the Spur Plattekloof branch (order no. DFD***). In the order, I clearly stated that I wanted a cheese burger with a Soya Patty and no onions, however I received a cheese burger with a beef patty and onions.

I then called the Spur Plattekloof branch directly to inform them of their mistake, which they said they would rectify and resend me the correct burger as per the order. The new burger arrived with a Soya Patty and no onions, however it was not a cheese burger, and was just a plain burger, which was not what I ordered and paid for.

This is totally *********** and pathetic service from a Spur branch, to manage to mess up the same order twice. I will never order from this branch of Spur again and I will never recommend it to anyone I know.
