Spur Canal Walk

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint about the service my party and I received at your Spur branch located in Canal Walk.

Our waiter, Mangi (male), demonstrated a complete lack of communication and attentiveness from the very beginning of our visit. There was no effort made to engage with us, provide updates, or ensure that we were comfortable while dining. It was evident early on that he showed little to no interest in serving our table. What made the situation significantly worse was the excessively long wait for our food. We waited approximately one hour and thirty minutes, without any explanation or update regarding the delay.

During this time, multiple other waiters appeared to be searching for Mangi, which further highlighted the lack of responsibility and coordination in handling our table. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. A lack of communication, combined with such an unreasonable waiting period, falls far below acceptable service standards. As paying customers, we expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and timely service none of which were met during this visit. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future. I would appreciate feedback regarding how this issue will be resolved.
