Spur burgers NOT the same!

Silver mountain Spur in Blue Route mall, Tokai Cape Town. What is the deal with your Spur burgers????? I remember the burgers being chargrilled, thick and crumbly in texture... what we got was a burger patty, no flavour, no taste and honestly NOT Spur!!! What is going on?????
