Spur Brackenhurst Alberton

We as a family went to Spur tonight to go and enjoy a nice dinner. It was everything BUT nice. Our waitress that we had kept on asking us the same question over and over again we had to spell to her what our order was. She didn't bring us the right cutlery to our table and we had to wait 45 minutes for a starter as well as our main meals. We were 4 adults and 2 babies. How hard can it be? They weren't even busy tonight and yet not just us but other people there as well had to wait up to an hour for their food. I am highly disappointed and disgusted in how that Spur had turned out. The service was terrible that by the name our food came no one had an appetite anymore. We also asked for buffalo wings as a take away, our waitress brought us onion rings, that's when we just got up and left. After this terrible night we still had to pay the bill? No, it was not on.We won't be setting our feet in that Spur ever again.
