SPUR BRACKENHURST

We visited the Rocky Peak Spur in Brackenhurst yesterday the 16th of October 2021. I ordered a Cheddamelt Steak, 2 bites into my meal I noticed there was human black hair in my food which I removed and put onto the serviette to show our waiter ... I continued eating and again I saw another piece of hair, I then called our waiter before removing it from my food. I placed it onto the same serviette as the previous piece. The waiter took the serviette and said she would report it to the manager. The Manager named Jackie came and asked me what had happened I explained the situation and he said he would go into the kitchen to investigate ... Minutes later he returned with unwashed Mushrooms in a saucer with pieces of brown string and sand on it. He then explained to me that the human Hair was the brown string from the unwashed mushrooms that he assumes I saw (The serviette was no where to be seen after it was taken by the waiter). I further explained to him that even if his saying its not human hair in my food the mushrooms are to be washed before cooking them, he agreed and asked me what would I want him to do, should he deduct the meal from my bill which was not what I wanted The principle behind it was to take responsibility for the negligence of their kitchen staff but instead he made excuses and thought we were there for freebies. As regular customers we really don't appreciated the unkind and unfriendly service we got from Manager Jackie. He showed no concern or interest to the matter besides making themselves out to be in no fault! That's really disgusting and weak managing of him
