Spur Blueroute - disappointing.

Thanks Spur for wasting my time. I called to ask the closing time. I was told 8pm and the kitchhen at 7:30.

I drove 20mins. I was hoping to give my 3 year old son an hour of play pen fun but when I got there, I was told the play area is closed at 5pm already.

Why would you not mention that when I called? Or is that only relevant or worth mentioning when a 3 year old calls to inquire the closing time?

No empathy showed by the staff member at the entrance by the way.

I don't want to know why you'd close the play area, coz that's not my concern. My issue is the fact that my time was wasted and my son was let down, never mind the fuel and effort.
