Spur Birthday Failure

Spur's R50 birthday meals were advertised all over social media and I had made a family outing of out . We opted for Spur Randfontein branch ,after a strenuous day at work for me and my husband as well as my hungry and crabby 5 year old son, arriving there at 19:30 and waited in the queue till 21:00. Much to our disappointment , the staff member had advised us that there was no stock of chicken schnitzel , we were told that they could not substitute us with any other poultry meat as we are staunch Hindus and we do not consume BEEF and PORK. My disappointment and reason for this review is that Spur had widely advertised this deals but they failed to provide adequate meals for their patrons , did they not forecast the wide number of customers for their 3-day Birthday Special??? Please can Spur provide answers to my questions and substitute me for my wasted time....
