Spur birchwood (MITCH)- disappointed , unprofessional , incompetence, sending watsapp apology .. WHAT!!!!

Birchwood spur - questionably Mitch the MANAGER still to call me after a complaint a week ago... I might just be difficult but sending me a watsapp apology is not good enough. Is tHIS the level of quality communication spur has become accustomed to? Service level? make a DONT offend me with a watsapp message mitch and management has disappointed me 4 times in 2 weeks ... I visit birchwood minimum twice weekly 2 of us with a bill of R700 plus and i tip staff ****ing well. We are within covid once again and we all need to save our pennies i could be saving or spending mine at another franchise with truth, service delivery ,honesty and most important SERVICE DELIVERY !! This customer is ****ed off !!!!
