Spur Bay west disaster

Absolutely by far the worst restaurant service I’ve ever experienced at Spur Bay West. We arrived at 5pm, were only given menus after 20mins. It took an hour for our drinks order to arrive. The 1st plates of food arrived at 7pm. The food arrived 1 plate at a time over the next hour and by 8:15, eventually we just told them to stop trying to bring food, so some people did not eat at all. We asked numerous times for a waitress to return to our table to take drinks orders again but without success. A total disaster. Some of the food was ice cold while some was raw.
