Spur at Cradlestone Mall

I'm not sure if it is ************** or just bad service, but I ordered a hot chocolate to have while I wait for my take away order, but I saw a couple that came after me get served the same hot drink that I ordered before them, so I'm not sure why I had to wait so long for the same item? Anyway, this might sound petty, but this is not the first time this has happened. I know different orders take different times depending on what you have ordered, but I don't get why a hot chocolate would take that longer, worse to see people who arrived AFTER me get served the same drink. It seems the waiters give service to those they profile as "big spenders or tippers" which is sad because I always give a good tip.
