Spur App does not work with Iphones or Samsung phones

I have been a regular at Spur for many years tried to download app on my Iphone 8 it will not send me a token to enter for joining . sent email to H/O the lady told me they only have problems with iphones and samsungs so basically most of south africa . Clearly your app needs to be looked at if it cannot accept two of the most popular phones around
