Spur again

We went for lunch last week ...although it was fairly busy some waiters were standing around...I had my usual Spare ribs 600g with baked potato....my wife had the chicken schnitzel....we are from Pretoria and was visiting my mom in hospital in Potch....what a disappointment....ribs were dry and cold and the schnitzel was over cooked....the waiter was not interested in our request and the manager apparently was not available ...last time they will see us there....really disappointing....and then the waiter still had the audacity to ask about the non tip...if we weren't restricted by time I would have waited for the manager....
