Spur Plettenberg Bay always go out of their way to make a difference. The food is good, service friendly and efficient, and CRM is really great. During the rugby world cup, they go out of their way to stay open until after the game. They then have to find transportation to get home. What irritates me about some of their customers, is that a group of drunken clowns arrive just before the game commences and order a plate of chips which are finished way before the game ends, denying other patrons access to seating. To add insult to injury, these plebeians (plebs) then do not give a gratuity to the exhausted waiter/waitress. This should not be allowed. Come on guys, give some thought to these individuals who rely on gratuities. Shallow, empty clowns. But have another drink.
