Spur 3 rivers vereeniging

On the 12 of Nov 2022 our family went to visit Spur 3Rivers for my daughter's birthday celebration... what a disappointment it was🙄🙄. The waiter appeared to lose about everything. We had to ask him to bring everything we order for the kids from their party packs to the ice cream and we even had to beg the lady in the kiddies section to paint our kids which is also 1 of the main reasons we choose spur for kiddies parties... oooh I forgot to mention I had to wait for about 10min waiting for 2party packs by the door as they were not enough for the number of kids I brought..

Did I mention it that we had been saying to one of the managers about our writer's absence who also failed to clear our table and we cleared the table ourselves so we can seat well with the kids. We wanted to take a video of our daughter while they were singing but that was not possible because after my husband asked the waiter to organize for the crew to come sing as we were about to go the waiter immediately came with the speaker and started to play it.

The table was so messy and we were still clearing when he played the song and other members came running to just make formalities.

Overall my experience there was not pleasant at all and I will never ever visit that place ever and I will ensure that I share my experience until they change their behaviour because non of the floor managers we complained to careless about our dissatisfaction and the store store manager has since said he will call me to this day I'm still waiting.
