Spar Umlazi Megacity

The fruit and veg produce are not fresh. They are selling products, that are in a bad state to customers. One of the female supervisors tends to have a condescending tone towards customers, when informing customers about products especially the rewards card system.

The female supervisor has vertiligo, her approach to customers is unkind and rude. Customers are rushed out of the store when shopping around 7 pm. Some customers come from work, and are in urgent need of a few items from the store. This means they cannot do their shopping during the day. Spar only closes at 7:30pm, is it fair that customers are rushed out of the store at 7pm? Only black people treat other poorly. If other race groups were shopping at Megacity Spar, they would not be ill treated. Even if they entered the store at 7:20, they would be given a warm welcome and treated with respect.

Customers are treated very poorly by cashiers and supervisors when they do their shopping around 7pm. I urge people to do their shopping at Pick n Pay or Woolworths. If black custormers left Spar, it would fall apart because the other race groups have no interest in shopping at Umlazi.
