Sour Terrible Service

Had s terriblecexperience at Spur Suncoadt Casino Durban. Came with a group of 10 adults. served by Ryan who turned out to be the manager. One of the adults wanted a kiddies burger. Ryan told us it cannot be orderd by an adult. Beer was served warm. On complaing was promised another beer in an ice bucket. Beer and ice bucket never arrived for at least 30 minutes until we complained. Food was late and only surfaced after we complained of the long wait as were rushing to a show at Barnyard Theatre. Asked for crushed ice for a Strawberry Dacorie. Ice never arrived. Ice only arrived after we complained and by then the drink had been consumed. Ordered a burger without basting. burger was served wuth basting. Wirsr service we ever experienced at any Spur
