On the 22nd Feb my mom-in-law arrived at King Shaka Airport hours before her flight. Being an assisted passenger (illness) she was dreading the long wait before her flight, and settled inside the Soaring Falcon Spur. Siya (siyabonga) assured her that she can relax and that he would personally look after her. His kindness, patience and excellent service made her day.
