So why advetise free wi-fi amd refuse us access?!?

I am currently sittin at Mohawk Spur in Kimberley where Ruan is the manager. I asked for the wifi password from one of the waiters and she said she does not know the password and that she will call the manager to come and give us a password. He comes and tries to sell me the same bull he did the last time i was here a week ago...the wifi is not working and they are waiting for technicians to comw and sort it out...bull man..he clearly cannot remember me...so now this is the service we get at a place that advertises free wifi but refuse to give u a password instead you are given the same excuse to mask their bad service. Advice to others-do not go and eat there...just nonsense!
