So disappointed
My husband and I went to Spur Retail Park East London on Saturday 7th November. Well I ordered the (expensive) ribs as I have been wanting Spur ribs for some time. 1. Ribs was cold 2. Ordered potato and received chips 3. NO garnish on plate...looks like food was plonked down 4. Nothing to clean my hands with 5. NO BASTING SAUCE ON RIBS??? This sauce makes the ribs so delicious....what happened to the sauce... 6. Had to ask for bill 3 times.... All the waiters were huddled together at the front till.....needless to say no manager in sight. What a dreadful experience. Will not go there or to any Spur ever again!!!!!
