Smokey Ridge Spur - Highveld View Mall

This review is for Spur Highveld Mall (Smokey Ridge Spur)

We went out on a night to celebrate my daughters birthday, at a usual spot. However when we entered, we were left unattended for a lengthy period at the entrance, while we were passed by numerous waiters.

We identified a table of a family leaving at a suitable spot, we moved closer to secure, upon waiting next to the table we were made to wait again, while we were unsure who was attending to us. I identified one of the managers with a black gold-shirt, brought to his attention the lack of service. He sarcastically dismissed us, and was not really helpful much for the first 4 minutes of the conversation, until more waiters gravitated towards him to assist in cleaning the table.

The waiters service started of well but ended up bad, the table was a disaster, her colleagues she called to sing for my daughter on her birthday sang without the cracker on, this brought great distress to her and really ruined an experience we usually would have, and be looking forward too.

The service at this Spur is really beyond disatisfactory, and I wouldn't recommend you waste your money or time.
