Smokey mountain spur with their burned food

Im so dissapointed with spur in brits i think is smokey mountain something. We went there for our collegues fairwell but we were served burned food. When we complain they say is well done as if we dont know the difference between burned and well done. Because we also work with clients and we were there wearing our uniform. We didnt want to make a scene. They even made a mistake with our bill. They didnt put all the food we ordered there. As good as we are we had to call the waitress to fix the bill we didnt want to go without paying for the food we ordered but i didnt eat my food it was very bad i had to eat a bit of everyones food.
