smoke inhalation during my dinning

Good day

On wednesday the 26th Aug i visited your festival mall store for breakfast, hald way during our dinning a cloud of smoke came from the kitchen and over covered us for over 3min.

I alone with my partner struggled to breath for next 15 to 20min and could not even finish our food to this.

We called for our waiter for 5min with no reply. When she did eventualy come, she said "just move there then" as if to say we were been petty about our complain, i futher advised her that iv just recovered from Flu and this smoke was extremly hard on my lungs and she jst said sorry and walked off.

We asked for the bill and left.

I have never in my life felt so belittled and insignificant.

I am beyond disapointed. My chest has still not recovered from the smoke, and im informing you guys so if my situation gets worse i will be taking further action againts your store.
