Smal calamari portion

Me and my wife had dinner at Spur Delmas on Thursday evening. We each ordered calamari top up with our meal since this Spur makes the best calamari in SA. When our meals arrived I was very disappointed with the very small calamari portion I received and I told the waiter that I think this is not on and for the first time ever I feel cheated by Spur. Within a minute the manager was at my table and said that he agreed with my complaint and offered me and extra calamari top up for free. I expected to get a cold shoulder and was very impressed by the friendly way my problem was resolved in minutes. Delmas Spur wil definitely see me again.
