I placed a telephonic order with Falcon Arrow Spur at Southgate. There was a mistake with my order resulting in me paying more than I needed to. Andile, the manager on duty, attended to the issue. He was sincerely apologetic and resolved the issue in an efficient manner. Thank you so much for your brilliant service. Based on my mom's interaction with you tonight, we will be paying it forward.
