Silver Spur is the best - but please control the temperature

We are weekly visitors of Silver Spur in Bellville, and have been loyal, happy, grateful, really satisfied customers since the mid-80's. Their friendliness; their attentiveness; their quality; their quantity; their food; their service; their cleanliness; their chefs and staff; their waiters; and their ambiance are truly impeccable - I am proud to say: the #1 Spur of all Spurs of all time!! We have just one qualm: their "weather conditions" inside the restaurant - it is ALWAYS unpleasantly hot in there. Is it not possible to maintain a preset temperature that does not fluctuate? Pick a comfortable temperature between 15 and 21 degrees and let the machine control and maintain it from here on out. Just like we bargain on all of the other wonderfully stable aspects of your establishment - a fixed temperature inside will be so fantastic - a happy medium for all. I do want to thank Andrew and his awesome team for the work they are doing - there is absolutely none other. We are so grateful for everything, and especially all the little things they do, that makes such a big difference in our experience when we visit. A huge huge THANK YOU to you all. Silver Spur is topnotch!!
