*sigh* dis-satisfactory service

I have to say, I have been to so many Spur Steak Ranches and have never experienced such intolerable and inconvenience in any of them. We feel so dissatisfied of how we were taken from pillar to post just to accommodate other people. Mind you, moved by staff just to please others. (Is our money not worth us being treated fairly?) It's extremely disappointing and saddening and we were never compensated in any way, especially by the manager himself, for the nuisance caused. The aircons were below room temperature, which we even asked for them to be toned down a bit. But hey, it seems our requests were hardly honored.

This all happened at the West Peak Steak Ranch in Westgate.
