Shocking/Perthitic Service!

Pinehurst Spur, ordered food 19H10, received 21H15 (Two hours) they have a WhatsApp line to place orders, I nearly cancelled when I got response order will be ready and then waiting till they closed (while going backwards & forwards, messaging) the person when I called in said, the person dealing with the order has gone home. Perthitic service, food came warm, as I asked but old, dry and all the left overs was given to me. this is the first time I have ever gone out of my way to create an account and go on-line to complain. I am in the Service industry myself. this was so appalling, to say the least. Totally shocked I will tell the whole community and advertise in local paper as I do not want anyone to be in the situation I was in. reason I bought food from Pinehurst Spur, it was end of Month I wanted to surprise my brother in law. Who just came out of Hospital, one hour before I placed the order (for Cancer, stayed by me before returning home, down the coast) -------- I am shocked !!
