SHOCKING SPUR

I have visited the Spur at Glenfair Centre several times in the past few months and without a doubt it must be the worst Spur in Pretoria if not Gauteng. The service is shocking and the food 3/10. Yesterday I arrived and ordered a cup of filter coffee. That took three requests before it arrived and it was so strong, I couldn't drink it. The manager, who was standing near the kitchen, was on his cell phone and proceeded to ignore my arm waving to get his or anyone else's attention. I eventually got another cup. I then asked the waiter for a newspaper. This never materialised, so I went to the reception to get it myself. I ordered a breakfast that included two sausages, but only one delivered. The eggs and toast were cold. I can go on and on about this Spur. The manager then offered the breakfast to me at no charge. That is not what I want. I just want decent food and service. I turned down the offer of the gratis meal!<br> <br> The staff are continuously huddled at the front door chatting amongst themselves with very little customer service.
