Shocking service/poor management

Took my family out last night for my sons birthday(8 People). service were slow, pathetic, actually no service. ordered drinks waited 30 min. ordered food waited 1 hour. Food delivered not same time. My sons food was forgotten to be served. My Add on forgotten to be served. My plate was so hot they could have served my steak raw and I could have cooked it myself. The heat of the plate caused the onion rings and chips to be black and burnt. In 3 hours we were only offered drinks twice and the waiter got it wrong when delivering second time. I asked for lots of ice and tall glasses, brought normal glasses and hardly ice. asked him to rectify took 20 min for glasses to come no ice. eventually I got up myself to get the ice from back. there was no presence of a manager in store, only came when we were ready to leave asking if everything was ok. really??? I am highly discussed and disappointed in what happened and I feel embarrass towards my family, my poor son who's birthday it was got his food last and did not enjoy his evening when a Spur is suppose to be fun for the kids. Uitenhage Spur should be Ashamed for not living up to their standards.
