What a shocking experience. Kids party one hour and 30 mins and kids food haven't arrived. Waiting staff are useless. Adults ordered salads - response no salads, no alcohol really what kind of place is this. There is also no management. Flip turning a family get together into a family nightmare. Shocking shocking shocking. If they are relying on holiday makers they won't make it - this place doesn't deserve to be open it is truest shocking.
