shocking service

<p>Went to Spur with my family and were shovked by the horrific service. Gloria dumped the menu & disappeared.When we got to the till were told yhat they could not print our bill as they had system problems. We had to wait for almost an hour. The manager on duty was made aware of the situation but just like his waitresse, he couldn't care. So disgusted!!!!!</p>
