SHOCKING SERVICE

Waited nearly 15 minutes for our drinks only to be told that they do not have them in stock. I then asked for the assistance of the manageress of the branch and suddenly the drinks were in stock and brought to us. We were served by 3 different waiters of which not one of them returned to find out if our meal was in order or not. The food we ordered came incorrectly as where we asked for chips, we were served with salad. I then ordered a waffle with cream and when it was brought to me it was served with ice-cream. I kept on having to look for a waiter for assistance as they were all standing in one corner chatting. The place was not even that busy. After such shocking service I have decided that I will never go back to the Spur in Savannah Mall in Polokwane again.<br> It was so obvious that the waiters were totally unskilled to carry out their daily duties and it certainly looked as though they were uninterested in helping us at all.
