Shocking Service

So, this last Saturday being the 25/10/2025 I decided to pop in at Grand Canyon Spur at Sandy Centre Pinetown. It was just my son and myself that decided to go have something to eat around 3.30pm. We ordered a full chicken meal with some soft beverages. When the meal arrived, it was absolutely cold. We asked the waitress to take it back and warm it up for us. We started eating and then as we took a few bites, we noticed that the chicken was not prepared correctly. It was red in the centre with blood coming out. The sight of this disgusting image caused me to feel very nauseous and we called the waitress immediately. She apologised but the damage was already done. We could not eat and lost our appetite. This was an absolute disgusting experience. I will never visit that branch again. Veno Chettiar
