Shocking management of promo

<p>This dealer only sells through agent and in DBN its Union3 in Ballito - so after a year of finding stools I wanted I promptly placed and paid for an order for 4 kicthen stools on 19 july (R4376) and then was told by error that on 24 July the stools are now ALL 20% off - Union 3 advises that they usually get told 3 weeks before a promo and in this instance Chaircrazy just dropped the deal - but then a little confused as they seem to have this sale routinely over this period.</p> <p>Feel disgruntled by having to pay R875 more for something that a good sales team should have managed better, especially after being into this store on numerous occasions!!!</p>
