Shocking food from Spur

Decided to try the new Saratoga spur this morning located in burgundy estate and what a disappointment.

Food was a disgrace. Firstly the toast was only toasted slightly on one side and the other side was not toasted. We sent that back and asked for 'proper' toast. It came back exactly the same.

Secondly the chips were under cooked. Thirdly the bacon was under cooked and lastly the tomato tasted sour. We called the manager and complained. She said she will replace the meal but we declined and said we would rather not eat the food there and asked for it to be removed off the bill. She sent over a plate of chips and 2 slices of tomato to the table which we didn't eat.

We paid full price for the breakfasts and we will not return to Saratoga Spur.
