Shocked to our core!

Last night, the 12th of June 2018 at around 19:35 we took our family out to Spur at Northgate for our eldest daughter's 16th birthday. What was a lovely evening turned out to be so shocking to us when the manager comes to our table ( number 3 close to the play area) around 20:40 asking how the service, waiter, food etc was......drunk as anything!!!! Our other 2 younger children who are 10 and 9 years old were at the table to witness this too. As a family establishment, what kind of tripe is this that Spur would degrade their name to night managers being allowed to waltz around to paying families in this state and the staff don't do anything about it? We are utterly shocked and will share this on other media so that the public is well aware that Spur Northgate is no longer a family place but a common drinking hole!
